Why Didn’t I Receive an Order Confirmation Email?
First thing be sure to check your spam folder! Check your order status there! If you haven’t received an order confirmation or shipping email, please contact our customer service. We’ll confirm the email address associated with your account. We often find that typos in the email address are a common reason for missing emails.
Can i Change or Cancel My Order?
Depending on your situation, if you have placed an order and completed the payment, it cannot be canceled. However, if you wish to change your order after payment, you can contact our business WhatsApp. The order receipt will be automatically canceled if you do not pay the invoice by the specified time.
Are Prices Different Between the Website and the Store?
Due to the variety of products and stock levels that may differ between various stores and the website, sale prices and promotions might not always be the same. All promotional prices and product availability are subject to change. Some offers may also only be available at specific stores.
How long is the process from order to shipment?
The estimated delivery time is based on two factors: order processing time and transit time. In-stock items will be shipped once the items are located, your payment is approved, and the recipient’s address is verified. For most orders, this process begins after your online order is placed. Depending on the time you place your order, the order processing may not start until the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding National Holidays. During this period, you may experience longer-than-average order processing times.
How Do I Make a Payment?
Currently, the payment process for products is through bank transfer. The bank account details are provided in the invoice email when making the payment. Once the payment is completed, we will confirm the payment and proceed with the shipping process.
